**Easy RV Labor Rate: $165 as of 09/2024. The standard labor rate around Travis county is $200 per hour. We strive to stay under that but things are still expensive. Take advantage of subscription servicing and get more out of your dollar.

• x3 washes annually: Protect the exterior of your coach and keep it looking nice all year long. Do not let dirt or the daunting task of washing your RV keep you down. Customer schedule or every 120-days  

•  x12 monthly crankups: It has been stated that the worst thing for on RV is not to run it. Monthly crank-ups include running of engine and generator for 30-mins, confirmation of batteries taking charge, and functionality test on all appliances. 

•  x3 dump/tank flushes (customer schedules): Avoid waste tank build-up. After your trip we will drain the fresh water, water heater, grat, and black water holding tanks. Additionally, black water tank will be filled to capacity and flushed out. Customer schedule or every 120-days 

• Winterize/Dewinterize:  Drain fresh water tank and water heater; blow out water lines with compressed air, including toilet, shower and sinks; fill P-Traps with anti-freeze; pump anti-freeze through water lines with water heater bypass already installed; includes up to two gallons of anti-freeze. Disconnect any faucets where applicable.  (Done in late fall if not scheduled by customer)/Dewinterizations will occur in early March unless schedule otherwise by customer. )

• Roof a/c service and filter change (Recomended Winter-Early Spring): Keeping cool in Texas his hard enough, prevent your roof a/c from over-working, under-working, and out-right failing. Manufacturers suggest this service be done annually in hotter regions of the country. 

• x2 Replace fresh water filter cartridge changes and water heater anode rod annually: Keep the fresh water flowing through your RV plumbing system free of calcium, magnesium, and other unwanted elements. Manufacturer suggest filters be changed semi-annually. Tanked water heaters are recommended for anode rod replacement annually. 

• x1 Wheel-Bearing Repack/Brake Inspection: Travel trailers and 5th wheels are recommended to have bearings and brakes inspected every 12-24 months depending on usage. 

• Awning scrub/arm lubrication (vinyl only): Ugly mold build-up got you down? Let our team make that vinyl awning clean and treat the fabric. Not only does this address an eye-sore but will extend the life of your awning. 

• Roof scrub and UV blocker application (1.5) Hrs: This service can lower interior temperatures by 10-degrees in your coach. It will also lower the strain put on the roof air conditioners and electrical systems overall. 

• x2 battery bank inspection and cleaning/servicing (engine and house): Batteries are the root of many issues when it comes to RVing. They can also be the root of much pain to the pocket book when they need replacing. Lets keep those batteries alive and well. This service will include inspection, load-testing, and maintaining as is needed. 

• LP Safety Inspection: Prevent gas links and protect those staying inside your RV. Our LP system test include a pressure test of the LP lines, LP/CO detectors, and any rubber hoses or pressure regulators in the operating system. 

• Hardware lubrication including entry steps, slides, and stabilizers: Recommended annually at minimum to prevent rust and weak points from forming in the hardware. Keeping a clean and lubricated track also puts less strain on the small 12v motos that power many of these operating systems.   

• x1 Appliance cleaning/servicing (water heater, refrigerator, or furnace): Manufacturer recommends these appliances be serviced every 12-24 months to keep proper functionality. Can also be necessary if there is blockage or debris in the LP lines preventing them from igniting.

-If considerably time needed to boost batteries additional charge could apply

-Interior of coach must be in a state that our techs can do a competent system check. Our staff is not responsible damage to personal property not stored properly. 

-These annual services will be applied to customer bills in x12 monthly payments on an annual basis. Services do not roll over from year-to-year that are up to customer to schedule.
